Beginner's Driver's Ed Course Preparation

I am a stay-at-home parent looking for a driving instructor to help my 16-year-old son prepare for his driver's education course. His previous experience is minimal, and I would like someone to create a customized learning plan to get him through the course with ease. We would like to schedule lessons every week, and I am flexible with scheduling.
