Microwave Not Heating Food Properly Repair

I'm experiencing issues with my microwave not heating my food properly. It's been making a strange humming noise and I've tried cleaning the turntable, but the problem persists. I'd like someone to take a look and figure out what's going on so I can get back to cooking meals without any issues.
