Organize and Declutter a Small Home Office

I need someone to help me organize and declutter my small home office. It's a cozy space with a desk, bookshelf, and a few chairs. I'd like the person to sort items into categories, get rid of anything unnecessary, and help me set up a system to keep the space tidy moving forward. It's a challenging task for me as someone who tends to keep everything. I'd also appreciate some advice on how to maintain the space in the long run.
