Organize and Declutter Large Storage Unit

A client needs assistance organizing and decluttering a large storage unit. The unit is currently filled with various household items, some of which are broken or no longer needed. I'm looking for someone who can help sort through everything, decide what can be donated or sold, and then arrange the remaining items in an organized and accessible way.
