We are looking for a professional balloon decorator to create a whimsical and romantic atmosphere for our intimate spring wedding. The occasion will be held at a picturesque outdoor venue with a rustic charm, and we need balloons in soft pastel colors to match the scenery. The balloons should be arranged in a way that creates a sense of wonder and magic, without obstructing the guests' view. We would like the balloons to be inflated with helium and tied to chairs and tables using ribbons in matching colors. We also require a bespoke balloon arch to be designed and set up at the entrance of the venue.
