Personalized Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Setup

We are a couple who want to host an intimate outdoor wedding ceremony for 50 guests at our family's private garden in Vancouver. We are looking for a skilled event coordinator to work with us to set up the ceremony space, coordinate with our vendors, and ensure a seamless execution.
